A Water District to Customer Notification System
The following Water Districts have implemented a new communication system to enable District Officials to quickly notify their customers. The goal is to enhance communications in a timely manner with residents and businesses in their District.
Personalized voice messages can be sent to residents and businesses within minutes with specific information about time-sensitive or common-interest issues such as water outages, boil water notices, drought water restrictions, and local community matters. Messages can be sent to the entire city or to residents in specific areas.
All residents and businesses in these Districts with listed landline phone numbers are already enrolled. You may validate the information in your District’s Connect-CTY database and add additional information like cell phone numbers and e-mail addresses, just click on your District’s name and then on the Connect-CTY button.
